Email sent to all families on 11/30/21

Reminders for our upcoming classes, service projects, and Family Faith Adventure:

December 5 - Tolton: From Slave to Priest

  • 7 pm at Polson Middle School Auditorium. Note new location.

  • Parents, siblings (over 10 years), sponsors, family members, and friends are all invited.

  • A few more volunteers (students and/or adults) are needed, particularly for set up (dinner provided) and takedown. Sign up here.

  • Please sign in when you arrive.

December 12

  • 1st-year students - class with your catechist in the Parish Center from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

  • 2nd-year students - retreat presented by Trinita from New Hartford in the Church Hall from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. Archdiocese requires all Confirmation students to attend the retreat.

December 11 and 18 - Loaves and Fishes

  • For those who signed up, you will receive instructions on where to meet, etc. the week before your volunteer date.

  • Reflection assignment for your time at Loaves and Fishes is due the week after your service participation.

January 8 - Tour of the Creches and Fr. McGivney Pilgrimage Center

  • For those who signed up for this Family Faith Adventure, tours will take place on January 8. Information on where to meet will be sent the week before.

  • The tour on December 17 is one that Fr. Phil is organizing for parishioners who are not part of the Confirmation program.

Also, if you haven't signed up for three workshops, Loaves and Fishes, and one Family Faith Adventure, please do so now. Believe it or not, once December is over, the program is half way done!

Thank you to all students, catechists, and parents who helped with the clothing drive! Five vehicles (cars, SUVs, and a huge Suburban) were packed with bags and bags of clothing, coats, hats, and blankets, which were delivered to Loaves and Fishes on November 27. Organizers there were incredibly grateful for your generosity and that of our Parishioners.
